By showcasing your collection at the Toowoomba Fashion Festival, you’ll gain direct access to an engaged audience eager to support and celebrate region-leading talent and independent design.
What’s New for TFF 2027
As we prepare for our 4th annual runway, we are experiencing unprecedented interest. Designers will submit applications as in previous years, and our curatorial team will review each submission prior to issuing collection approvals.
To keep this experience accessible and attainable for all emerging and established brands, accepted designers can choose to either pay their package fee upfront or place a deposit followed by a monthly payment plan.
BEFORE THE EVENT
Collection Curation: The TFF Head Stylist will work directly alongside you and your team to curate your final runway looks.
Diverse Casting: You will be allocated a dedicated model lineup in alignment with the festival’s core commitment to diversity.
Backstage Services: Full hair and makeup services are provided for all models walking in your showcase and all models will have their kit including nude & black heels to pair with your collection.
Fittings & Final Approval: Collection fittings will be completed across your allocated lineup, with all final adjustments and approvals required two weeks prior to the event.
DURING THE EVENT
Runway View: Enjoy your runway from an allocated designer seat in the main audience.
Runway bows: At the conclusion of your showcase section, you will be invited onto the runway for formal recognition.
Backstage Management: Our professional styling team will handle all backstage changes, adjustments, and garments efficiently on your behalf.
Media & Acknowledgement: On-stage and media recognition will be tailored to your selected designer package.
Collection Retrieval: Please ensure all garments are collected immediately following your runway section or at the end of the event.
