This page has everything you need for a smooth arrival, easy check-in, and the full runway experience.
Doors open: 1:00pm
Arrivals from: 1:00pm (please arrive early to check in and settle in)
Market stalls + bar open: 1:00pm
Runway 1: 2:00pm
Runway 2: 3:30pm
Runway 3: 5:00pm
Please be runway-ready: Head into the runway space 10 minutes before each show.
The Essentials

Collect your VIP bag at VIP check-in.
Runway Experience + General Admission
Please proceed to the check-in desk inside.
Once checked in, you’re free to enjoy the venue, grab a drink and explore the stalls before the runway shows begin.
What to do between runway shows?
From 1:00pm - 5pm you’ll be able to:
Browse our market stalls
Mingle and soak up the festival atmosphere
Grab a drink from the bar
Capture content across the venue and runway moments
Food + drink notes
We recommend you grab lunch in town before you arrive.
Bar Available
We’ll have light nibblies, plus ice cream and coffee carts
Please eat a solid meal beforehand so you can relax and enjoy the full afternoon

Comfortable shoes you can stand/walk in
(you’ll be moving between concrete, grass and runway)
